Key Responsibilities:

-Maintain the regular functions of the plant, have accurate allocation of the COST,inventory management ,authorize payments, produce report. etc.

-Creation and maintenance of internal control procedure, policies to ensure the location operations and reporting functions are well performed per local regulatory requirement

-Maintain a good working relationship with government agencies, such as SAFE ,Custom to ensure the process can be completed without delay.

-Get local accounting software/QAD systems running to meet both China statuary reporting and IAC Group reporting requirement.

-Establish effective communication with plant and HQ staff and conduct clear budgetary panning of the plant.

-Direct supervise and monitor the budget against the actual spending.

-Monitor & control the policies & procedures are well executed, conduct regular review & identify the risks and improve the overall management efficiency.

-Deal with tax authorities for the monthly/annual tax filing; provide support to internal/external auditing parties to review the accounts & internal procedures.

-Annual insurance data declaration.

-Work with the team to provide various management reports on a accurately and timely manner

-OTHER tasks designated by function supervisor.

Requirements:

-University degree in Finance or Accounting

-Qualified Accountant with Accounting Certificate is a must, China CPA or other equivalent qualifications is preferred.

-At least 6-8 years relevant accounting experience, strong China statuary reporting knowledge.

-Manufacturing company experience is a must, familiar with cost account and as import/export knowledge.

-Familiar with both PRC GAAP and IFRS accounting rules, have international company working experience is preferred.

-Has good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems , QAD user is preferred.

-Good written and verbal communication skill

-Attention to detail, Ability to motivate, coach and counsel.

-Initiative/ Reliability /Good teamwork sprit/Stress tolerance.

English resume is required.
