岗位职责：
1、保证业务运营ACCESS数据库系统的稳定运行与日常维护任务；
2、负责业务运营ACCESS数据备份、存储、容灾系统的规划设计工作；
3、参与应用程序数据库、操作系统等性能、优化与稳定方面测试。
4、负责线下ACCESS/EXCEL数据的整合、优化、筛选、备份
5、MySQL等数据库研发
6、深入了解客户运营流程、根据市场与活动规划特点研发基于线上与线下的管理工具与模块
7、根据客户需求定制符合其标准的业务运营系统(WEB/ACCESS/EXCEL)

岗位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，3年以上计算机或相关专业。熟悉主机与操作系统管理、数据库管理、存储管理与规划、安全管理与规划经验，诚恳、踏实、谨慎细致，对工作充满热情，优秀的学习能力，优秀的沟通能力与组织协调能力，具有良好的自律意识和上进心；
2、精通Liunx/2003Server操作系统，精通双机热备软件的安装与配置；
3、精通Microsoft SQL server 2000、2005/MySQL数据库，熟练数据库常用的工具；
4、精通Microsoft Access/Excel/高阶技巧以及数据建立、合并、删选；
5、精通数据库设计，熟练使用各种数据建模工具；
6、数据库性能的优化与调整，数据库核心参数的设置与调整；
7、精通计算机，英语；
8、热诚、好学、善于沟通。

which bees raise their young, protect their colony, and help the group

prosper.
