职位描述
Position Overview: Provide administrative and business support to business head. Coordinate the business and daily tasks between business head and his direct reports, ensure the implement of all decisions and assignments in county level.
Responsibility:
1. Business Support
· Prepare documents with high quality.
· Prepare minutes of the meeting and follow up the decision made in meetings.
· Support business head to respond to external parties, such as media, government and associates.
· Confidentiality in handling major business decisions and documents.
2. Secretarial and administrative management and support
· Look after daily admin matters for business head
· Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
· Arrange travel plans, arrange logistics for visits by Asia and regional management teams
· Coordinate regular and ad hoc china wide meetings and be responsible for the logistics
· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference calls
· Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
· Supervise, train and provide complete support to trainees joining in administration wing of the organization
3. Marketing/PR and BD Support
· Plan PR/Marketing events and implement with support from marketing and local teams
· Plan media events/opportunities to raise the profile of business head
· Assist in develop BD materials
1. Education /Work Experience Requirement
· Bachelor degree or above, major in English/Administration Management or relevant is preferred;
· More than 5 years related experience in assistant job, MNC background is preferred
2. Technical and Administrative Skills
· Excellent command of English, both verbal and written is a must;
· Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.);
3. Interpersonal Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Proactive approach to work and self-motivated with excellent service attitude;
· Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Responsible, diligent, independent, mature, detail-minded, highly organized;Quick learner and team player;
