Job Title: International Regional Sales manager
Dept. : International Sales Department
Location : Beijing(北京)
Position Objectives:
To achieve the revenue target in overseas market
实现海外区域的年度销售目标
Develop customer/user resource, manage and coordinate distribution business activities, ensure to achieve sales target in the region.
开发客户资源,管理和协调经销渠道,确保实现本区域内的销售目标
Key Responsibility:
Set up assigned region business strategic and tactical plan according to the direction set by department leader.
根据部门领导制定的方向,制定本区域的业务策略计划
Formulate and agree the annual sales projections with department leader for assigned region.
同部门领导共同制定和认同本区域的年度销售指标
Identify and drive OEM business in assigned region.
确定和发展本区域的OEM业务
Manage distribution net effectively to ensure a quick expansion of business coverage.
有效管理经销渠道以便快速扩张业务覆盖面
Frequent filed work/coaching of sales rep and key distributors
要求经常与销售或重点经销商做现场培训或一起工作
Provide meaningful reports, including a weekly report, to department leader.
向部门领导提供有价值的报告,包括周报
Gather market intelligence as an audit on Lab usage, competitor products and pricing, also continual update on general competitive activities.
收集审核的市场信息,如实验室应用,竞争对手产品和价格,并且持续更新竞争对手的活动情况
To improve forecasting accuracy and ensure on-time product delivery to customer by working closely with supply chain group
提高销售预测的准确度,和供应链部门紧密合作确保产品按时交付客户
Achieve other temporary tasks assigned by managers
完成公司临时分配的任务。
Qualifications Required:
Degrees in Science, biology and Medicine etc..
本科学历,主修理科,生物或医疗等专业
At least 8-10 years solid sales experience, or 5 years solid sales management experience, ideally from within the Lab supplies/equipment field.
至少8-10年销售经验,或5年销售管理经验,实验室行业优先
Excellent English and Chinese communication and negotiation skills.
良好的英语和中文的沟通及谈判能力
Demonstrable track record developing business plan and distribution net management.
可证实的业务拓展和渠道管理业绩
