- Accountability 1: Through develop current CAN project to drive advocacy influences and contribution to business, meanwhile build up company awareness in social public.
o Define position descriptions for company Awareness Network members including performance measures
o Recruit members into the CAN roles
o Create relevant links between members, distributors, clinics and company sales organisation
o Performance manage CAN members
o Determine incentive structure required to attract appropriate members
- Accountability 2: Online marketing
o Develop existing CAN website to new Community website in line with the design provided by CAP
o Keep content on content fresh and relevant to the target audience
o Recruit recipients to actively participate in online conversations about company implants
o Optimise the performance of this site by ensuring that it ranks well in relevant search engines
o Develop and implement promotional plan for the community site
o Develop multi-channel of social media on line including organize QQ group, lead professional website forum, lead weibo discussion and attract visitors to COH blog, etc.

- Accountability 3: Support other functions and departments to promote on line
o Support recipient service team to manage the COH web store
o Support outcome team to implement and maintain COH university through on-line virtual platform

- Accountability 4: General advocacy management
o Determine how general word of mouth marketing for the company recipients in China can be facilitated in a consistent and effective manner
o Work with distributors to collect recipient stories that can be used in marketing materials

- Accountability 5: Support to execute the market research in China, like NPS

Minimum
Qualifications, background experience, knowledge, organizational knowledge, knowledge of other business activities, skills etc
