主要职责：

1、协助总裁并完成华臣药厂项目可行性研究，项目前期规划方案论证，参与初步设计、施工图设计、施工图会审等，组织进行报建手续申办以及设备的选型和采购；
2、组织工程监理招标，确定中标单位；

3、指导工程项目的实施，监督工程进度与质量，协调外部单位工作关系；

4、负责工程安全管理，工程成本控制，工程验收等；

5、协助生产部门进行药厂GMP报批工作；

6、完成总经理临时下达的任务；

任职要求：

1、工民建相关专业本科以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验；有筹建药厂工作经验者优先考虑；

2、经历过药厂筹建工作，参与并经历过制药设备的选型和采购，掌握并参与过药厂GMP认证工作；

3、具备独立的决策能力和综合管理能力，工作作风踏实严谨、能深入一线了解业务，求真务实；
4、有较强的公关能力、组织协调能力。
