1. 岗位:电机设计
职位概要:
聘任为 汽车电机项目技术专家,负责包括但不限于电机设计开发、生产工艺、试验验证等工作内容,并作为公司专家组成员,参与主责收集标杆公司电机前沿技术、电机开发技术方向确定、项目关键节点评审、疑难问题解决、技术人才梯队培养搭建等。
工作职责
1、培养 在电机设计、试验验证、性能标定和CAE的开发能力,给员工进行培训和指导。
2、电机设计包括:机械结构设计,电磁设计,材料选择
3、试验验证、性能标定包括:性能试验, 可靠性试验,耐久性试验
4、CAE包括:受力分析,热、流体分析,转子模态分析,电机噪声振动分析
5、生产工艺开发包括:机械加工工艺、热处理工艺、铸造工艺、表面处理工艺、电气绝缘工艺、绕嵌线工艺电机装配工艺
6、培养3名以上电机设计技术骨干,能独立进行产品开发工作;
7、收集标杆公司电机开发的前沿技术;
8、对技术研发人员每月进行至少1次电机技术培训;
9、参与供应商选定,负责供应商技术方案审核;
10、参与供应商技术考察及驱动系统集成设计;
11、负责电机设计及试制、生产、测试过程中技术问题解决;
12、参与提升研究电机性能指标,指导电机研究方向,在协议期内,形成电机研发人员能力、试验设备资源建立、研发方向等短、中、长期规划并进行实施;
13、参与电机项目团队建设。
任职资格:
◆10年左右工作经验,从事过批量生产的(如:丰田普锐斯、本田思域、日产leaf、日立沃兰达电机 标志3008电机 沃尔沃V60电机)外籍技术专家
Position: electrical machine design engineer
Position description
The position asks for technical experts of electrical machine. The responsibilities include but not limited to the machine design & development, manufacturing techniques, experimental verification and etc. As members of the experts, you will also be asked to participate in benchmarking advanced technology, identifying the technology development tendency, reviewing the projects' key nodes, solving knotty problems and training technical personnel & team.
Job duties
1. Provide training & guidance to the staff to improve the company's capacity of the electrical machine design, experimental verification, performance rating and CAE.
The electrical machine design includes the mechanical structure & electromagnetic design and the material selection.
The experimental verification and performance rating include the test of performance, reliability and durability.
CAE includes the analysis of forces, hot fluid, rotor modal and the electrical machine’s noise & vibration.
The manufacturing technique development includes the process of machining, heat-treating, casting, surface treatment, electrical insulation, winding & embedding, and assembly.
2. Foster at least three technical backbones with the ability of independent product design.
3. Collect the advanced technology by benchmarking advanced companies.
4. Provide electrical machine technology training to the technical staff at least once a month.
5. Participate in the selection of suppliers. Examine and verify the suppliers’ technical solutions.
6. Participate in the technical investigation to the suppliers and promote the design of system integration.
7. Solve the technical issues in the process of electrical machine design, trial-producing, manufacturing and testing.
8. Participate in the improvement research of the electrical machines’ performance index and identify the technology development tendency. Make and carry out short & long term plans about the technical staff’s ability, test equipment establishment and research direction during the service period.
9.Participate in the team building for the electrical machine project.
Occupational Qualifications
Foreign technical experts with work experience of about ten years and experience of mass production (for example, experience in Toyota Prius, Honda Civic, Nissan Leaf, Hitachi Randa motor, Peugeot 3008 motor, Volvo V60 electric motor)

1、主要负责汽车电力驱动系统中的电机控制相关软件、硬件设计方法、设计流程、软硬件测试验证工作。
2、培养 在控制器软、硬件的开发能力,给员工进行培训和指导;培养3名以上电机控制器技术骨干,能独立进行产品开发工作;
3、收集标杆公司电机控制器开发的前沿技术;
4、对技术研发人员每月进行至少1次电机控制器技术方面培训;
