Role Description / Working Relationships
工作描述:
维修电工直接向电气工程师汇报,其需要能与其他工种紧密配合,及时完成上级领导安排的各种维修、保养工作,安全高效的维护管理相关的电气设备,给学校所有老师、学生提供一个安全舒适的学习、工作及生活环境。

The Electric Technician’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
电工的职责包括但不限于以下内容:
1. 负责学校高、低压供配电线路、电气设备的检修维护及保养工作;
2. 熟悉学校电力、电气设备的操作维护保养内容;
3. 严格遵守各项电工安全操作规程,防止人身伤害事故的发生或设备的损坏;
4. 定时巡视检查电气设备运行状况,发现问题及时排除隐患;
5. 认真填写电气设备运行记录,维修记录;
6. 关注安全用电和节约用电;
7. 服从领导,高质量完成领导交付的其他工作。

Personal Skills and Abilities个人技能及要求:
1. 有电气线路图识图能力;
2. 有良好的节能及环保意识;
3. 有较好的理解、沟通能力;
4. 具备低压供配电线路和设备的维护保养能力
5. 有独立解决问题的能力。

Qualifications 资格条件:
1. 高中或以上学历;
2. 持有有效《高压运行维修操作证》;
3. 年龄在25—45岁之间;
4. 相关工作经验3年以上。

公司介绍

US-Sino Mandarin Investment Company is the operating company for Keystone Academy.

Keystone Academy will be opening in the Shunyi district of Beijing in the fall of 2014. Keystone promises to be a unique and exciting school option for families in China.The school will serve students, grades one through 12, with a bilingual curriculum in the primary years and more intensive instruction in English as students progress through the program. Keystone will include a boarding school option in Grades Seven and Eight, and will require boarding in Grades 10-12.

The Academy will take from compelling Chinese and American instructional techniques of inquiry-based learning, critical-thinking, and creative problem solving in a rigorous intellectual environment to prepare students for the challenges of the modern integrated world. Keystone's academic program will be international in scope, with a central curriculum thread that focuses on Chinese identity, language, culture, and history.

Through Keystone's residential program, students will develop the values, close relationships and independence that are essential for positive leadership and success. The Academy will apply Western educational approaches in a Chinese context for a model of true cultural fusion and international understanding. The majority of students will be Chinese, but the school will also have a healthy representation of other nationalities.
