Role Description / Working Relationships
工作描述：
空调 工直接向设备工程师汇报，其需要能与其他工种紧密配合，及时完成上级领导安排的各种维修、保养工作，安全高效的维护管理相关的空调设备设备，给学校所有老师、学生提供一个安全舒适的学习、工作及生活环境。
The HVAC Technician’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
空调工的职责包括但不限于以下内容：
1. 负责中央空调送风、排风系统的运行管理工作。
2. 负责水暖空调管道、阀门维修保养工作；
3. 负责空调设备的换季清洗、维修保养、故障检修工作；
4. 按时巡检各区域设备运行状况，发现问题及时排除隐患；
5. 掌握给排水、消防管道系统各种阀门结构及功用，主要阀门控制区域；
6. 严格遵守各项安全操作规程，防止人身伤害事故的发生或设备的损坏；
7. 认真填写设备运行记录，维修记录；
8. 服从领导，高质量完成领导交付的各项工作。
Personal Skills and Abilities个人技能及要求：
1. 有暖通图纸的识图能力；
2. 有良好的节能及环保意识；
3. 有较好的理解、沟通能力；
4. 有独立解决问题的能力。
Qualifications 资格条件：
1. 高中或以上学历；
2. 持有有效《制冷与空调作业操作证》；
3. 年龄在25—45岁之间；
4. 相关工作经验3年以上。

Keystone Academy will be opening in the Shunyi district of Beijing in the fall of 2014. Keystone promises to be a unique and exciting school option for families in China.The school will serve students, grades one through 12, with a bilingual curriculum in the primary years and more intensive instruction in English as students progress through the program. Keystone will include a boarding school option in Grades Seven and Eight, and will require boarding in Grades 10-12.
