岗位职责：
1、负责公司商业产品的常规运营支持、问题解答及用户培训工作；
2、深入理解并收集用户需求， 定期出具产品改进和更新建议，推动产品迭代升级；
3、与业务和产品研发部门紧密配合，制定产品内外部推广计划并落地执行；
4、收集和整理产品运营数据，进行产品运营情况分析；
5、负责产品推广相关资料的整理与编制。
任职要求：
1、本科（含）以上学历；
2、拥有优秀的沟通能力、谦逊的态度和较强的耐心；
3、具备良好的团队协作和组织协调能力，并对工作有强烈的责任感；
4、拥有严谨的数据分析、逻辑分析能力及良好的问题判断能力；
5、了解互联网产品研发及推广模式。
优先
1、有互联网商业产品运营经验的优先；
2、熟悉互联网广告行业和主流社交应用相关知识的优先。
