?Duties & Responsibilities
Grow products and market share by managing the public sector and group or chain practice customers in China. Ensure offering customized services and practice development tools to capitalize on the high potential of such sectors. The role contributes to the fast growth of China business with strategic focus, key account management skill, good analytical skill, strong implementation, customer-orientation, and collaboration.
1. Manage and develop public hospitals, chain practice, and beauty hospitals.
2. Deliver the financial numbers including product sales, marketing budget and key metrics
3. Develop and implement channel operational plan incorporating key account management and key initiatives including medical marketing programs, and implement them directly or through sales team
4. Manage price and brand equity in target sectors
5. Adapt or develop local sales toolkits dedicated to channel customers in line with sales effectiveness initiatives
6. Develop relationship with providers, management or decision makers/influencers in accounts, and develop key opinion leaders
7. Monitor competitors activities and propose measures
8. Organize professional events for management and staffs together with training manager and marketing managers

Qualification
1. Experienced in key account management, hospital sales management
2. Analytical skill
3. Familiar with medical marketing and key tactics
4. Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment
5. Customer focused
6. Effective communication
7. Fast learner (clinical, healthcare code of conduct)

Education & Experience
1. Proven track record with more than 8 years of product management and/or sales management from healthcare industry, like Pharmaceutical or Medical device in China. Dental or medical aesthetic experience is plus
2. Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization
3. BA degree is Priority, medical or healthcare major and MBA is plus
