PizzaExpress has opened its 500th restaurant in Beijing in June. PizzaExpress is a global restaurant brand that started in London, UK in 1965. Warm welcome you to be part of this journey.
Your role:
To develop, manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent service and standards.
Ability to wow customers
Build a strong ‘do anything for each other’ team
Encourage and support the team to make the team brilliant.
Train the team to have the conscious of perceiving customer’s feeling.
Brilliant Leadership
Champion and contribute to the PizzaExpress vision
Analyze the team and make clear goals and targets accordingly
Empower decision making
Build up logical system of rewards and penalties
Developing People
Act as a role model and involve people
Good communication skills
Coach, mentor and support their team
Provide and agree development plans for all individuals referring to their own will.
Serious about Delivery
Translate our company goals into clear priorities for the team
Make sure the team understand the goals.
Put processes in place so team members can achieve objectives
Look for ways to increase the numbers that matter – sales, covers, profitability
Make decisions by weighing up short and long term impact on sales and profit
Other Requirements
8+ years related restaurant operation experience
Professional western restaurant knowledge.
English communication skills
Necessary social skills
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 15k-20k
Allowance: 500RMB per month for housing; 180RMB per month for transportation
Two days off each week
Both Social Insurance and Housing Foundation
