Major Duties and Responsibilities
?·Quickly understand internal business processes, systems, and data to make strategic recommendations for fraud prevention initiatives.
?·Lead the strategic design of fraud strategies. Approve deployment and/or modification of fraud risk policies
?·Maintain a well-informed position on best practices and market innovations. Identify new industry and vendor tools and is accountable for test/control and investment in new technology
?·Regularly analyze key KPI’s and perform ad-hoc analyses to provide concise summaries. Ability to articulate Fraud trends, analysis, actions, and initiatives to senior management



Qualifications
?·Bachelor (preferred MBA) degree in an accredited college
?·7 or more years of experience on product policy, fraud strategies and fraud policy and demonstrated knowledge of policies, procedures, best practices, regulations and law applicable to the management of financial risks in China
?·Outstanding organizational, analytical, problem-solving, English and Chinese verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills
?·Proven relationship management skills with ability to influence others and foster sense of collaboration and urgency
?·Must be strategically focused with ability to formulate tactical actions to achieve strategic goals
?·Strong Knowledge of programming language, SAS, R, SQL, MS office suite.
