Research Manager, Technology & Internet Industry 研究经理，科技与互联网行业

THE POSITION 职位概况：

This role will be mainly servicing internet client (e.g. Tencent) in area of entertainment, mobile internet, social network, etc. As a Research Manager, you will take charge of end-to-end project delivery from research demand communication, proposal drafting, in-process management to report generation in purpose of maintaining close client relationship by high quality market research service. 该职位主要服务于腾讯等互联网客户，负责客户在游戏、移动互联网、社交网络等互联网领域的研究需求沟通、项目设计与管理、报告撰写等，并与客户保持紧密的日常沟通与关系维护，为客户提供高质量的研究服务。

Responsibilities 工作职责：

- Communicate with client to understand in-depth and comprehensively of the request, work out research proposal tailor-made to the client’s request 针对客户各类研究需求，准备有针对性的项目方案设计

- Manage research quality by strict execution and data quality management 实施严格的项目执行管控和交付高质量研究成果

- Maintain client relationship and pay attention to understand in-depth of client’s business so as to design a proper research service plan 维护客户关系，了解客户生意发展情况，按照客户业务实际和研究规划制定相对应的研究服务计划

- Keep track of any business update and change of request so as to response in time 与客户保持紧密的日常沟通，及时把握客户业务和需求动态，快速做出响应和反馈

- Leverage internal resources to fulfill client’s need and achieve business growth from strategic client协调公司各类资源，应对客户研究需求，实现在关键客户上的业务规模快速增长

- Keep track of market intelligence and industry trend share with supervisor and team members 及时追踪和掌握互联网行业动态和趋势，为公司内部提供行业信息支持

Qualifications 岗位要求：

- At least 4 years market research experience 4年以上市场研究相关经验

- Solid market research and user analysis skill 扎实的市场与用户研究技能

- Excellent quantitative research skill 优秀的定量研究能力

- Experience in Internet/Gaming industry is more desirable 有互联网或游戏行业经验者优先

- In-depth knowledge of Internet industry 对互联网各个领域有深入的认识，拥有良好的行业敏感度

- Better with strong interest and direct experience in on-line game 对网游有强烈兴趣和丰富的经验者优先

- Strong client service spirit 强烈的客户服务意识

- Good communication skill 优秀的沟通能力
