工作职责
Defining and tracking sales targets, overseeing sales budgets and expenditure, honing sales processes and maintaining the CRM
Define, develop, and build the sales enablement partner programs.
Actively develop partner network.
Ownership of partner lead assignment and tracking system using Salesforce and deal registration system.
Work with marketing/documentation team to help create and manage a sales enablement content repository; ensure existing courseware and trainings are partner ready updated and maintained.
Develop and own the education and training programs applicable for partners. Define content requirements for marketing/documentation team.
Work closely with Marketing Teams to develop consistent communication plans for partners.
任职资格
Bachelors or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred.
3 - 5 years’ experience in partner sales, partner business development, channel training and enablement organizations.
A strong inヾepth knowledge of Sales cycles and Sales strategies
Hands on experience as a sales educator and trainer.
Willingness to travel up to 20% in order to maintain and build critical external partnerships and internal relationships.
Strong self motivation
No excuse execution
Fluent in Oral and written English
Oversea education background is highly desireable
Native English speaker with Chinese language skill is highly desirable
Able to Communicate efficiently with persons inside and outside the organization
Able to make decisions and solve problems proactively
Able to plan, organize and prioritize work
