任职要求：
1.年龄要求 35-45 岁；
2.建筑学等相关专业本科以上学历，中级以上职称或一级注册建筑师资格；
3.10年以上大中型房地产企业或知名设计院专业设计队伍管理经验，3年以上甲方设计管理经验，有完整经历至少一个不小于20万平方米房地产项目设计管理的经验，2年以上部门管理经验；
4.熟悉房地产开发流程，熟练掌握建筑设计行业法规、规范、标准等制度文件，精通建筑设计管理程序及业务流程；具备丰富的现场设计管理经验；
5.具有独立运作整体设计项目的能力，较强的项目控制、生产组织、协调能力；
6.具有良好的专业背景，熟悉工程技术及设计施工管理规范，熟知市场上高档新型建筑装饰、装修材料及施工工艺，并熟悉材料运用及成本；
7.具备成熟的团队管理与组织计划能力，工作严谨，思维缜密。具有较强的沟通协调和对设计单位进行监督管理的能力；
8.能够熟练操作使用 AUTOCAD （绘图）、 PHOTOSHOP 软件，手绘能力强，精通 3DMAX 等建模类软件
