Key Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
l Collect assigned market information about customer needs to all kinds of Healthcare information system, including PACS/RIS, information technology system, digital healthcare solution, and so on
在所管辖的区域内，调查分析医院的需求和市场信息，全面了解客户对于医疗IT解决方案的需求。包括PACS/RIS，医疗信息系统需求，数字医疗解决方案等;
l Develop and maintain positive relationships and work closely with internal sales, dealer channel , service and operation, R&D and so on to promote digital healthcare solution
l 在销售过程中积极发展和维护内部直分销部门，售后服务团队，研发团队的关系，推广数字医疗解决方案;
l Support sales team to fulfill sales revenue and profitability targets in the assigned area; Increase IT solution market share and billing/booking number in region;
支持销售部门在所辖区域内完成年度所属销售目标和盈利目标；增加IT解决方案在所负责区域的市场份额；
l Develop and keep relationship with targeted customers and luminaries in the region;
发展并维护与区域内目标客户和专家群的良好关系;
l Support region sales team business needs and present product training and speech in customer site.
定期给予区域内销售产品培训及客户讲座来支持销售任务的达成;

岗位要求：

1) Experience工作经验:
· Minimum 5 years experience in sales or marketing experience in healthcare IT or healthcare modality industry; PACS, RIS, HIS or CIS sales experience as a preference; Familiar with healthcare modality/IT solution sales process
具备5年以上医疗IT业务或医疗设备的营销经验；有PACS, RIS, HIS或CIS的销售经验者优先；熟悉医疗IT解决方案或医疗设备的销售流程
· Understanding of dealer channel and distribution management knowledge preferred
有渠道管理经验者优先
· Understanding of Regional IT solution experience as a preference.

2) Education教育背景:
l Bachelor or above, majored in Medicine, Bio-medicine Technology, IT, or Automatization；Candidates with medical information technology background are highly preferred
本科及以上学历，生物医学技术、信息技术、医学或自动化专业，有医疗信息化背景的专业人才优先

3) Competency 胜任力：

l Strong communication and interpersonal skill; negotiation & conflict resolution skills;良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力；面对突发事件的危机处理能力;
l Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all organization and department of hospital;与医院客户在专业知识上能进行深入有效地沟通;
l Identifies business opportunities and sensitive for new market trends;辨别商业机会以及对市场趋势的敏感度;
l Efficient work under high pressure and pursue excellence;高强度的压力下高效工作的能力并追求卓越;
l Good understanding for government policy;卓越的政府政策理解力;
l fluent English communication skills;

l Adapt to >60% of working time travel frequency;
