Job Description:

Main responsibilities:
- Actively seek technical product information to build continually a knowledge base to become an effective products expert
- Pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer enquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority; and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer buyers in order to advise them on technical issues. Encourage them with professional buying decisions and act as their primary consultant for product information
- Work closely with team to identify opportunities and provide fact-based selling tools for new account and product release strategies
- Work with the leader to create annual account objectives and strategies
- Provide input s for all product initiatives and sales activities by defining and prioritizing distribution, merchandising and display objectives
- Prepare account business reviews in collaboration with team
- Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business
- Leading sales team to complete sales target


Job Requirements:

- Demonstrated strong sales skill and products and service knowledge in the laboratory industry with at least 3 years of experience in the relevant areas
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent majors
- Written and spoken English capability
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented
- Strong sales skill
- People management skills
