Reporting to the Marcom Manager, you will be responsible for producing both digital and print materials to support marketing efforts. Materials include printed literature, emails, web site support, product labels/packaging, and trade show graphics/support materials. You will collaborate with fellow designers, members of the production team, marketing group, web team, and product and vertical market managers. You are ideal for this position if you’re a strong team player, work well under pressure, and are committed to consistently producing high-quality work. This role has a lot of opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:

· In alignment with project goals, you will design materials and follow internal processes for review and approval.

· Prepare files for print or other production.

· Understand and comply with Waters corporate and product brand standards.

· Follow processes to upload files to digital asset management tool, archive files, etc.

Required skills, education:

· 3-5 years experience in a marketing communications or agency environment.

· Solid understanding of graphic design, typographic principles, pre-press production, and the ability to handle numerous design activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

· Must have solid skills/experience in graphic design software in a Macintosh environment: Solid knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, basic HTML, and Microsoft Office.

· Solid communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas in a professional manner.

· Bachelors degree in graphic design, or equivalent professional education.

· Good English and Mandarin in both communication and writing
