Job Title: CFO
Report to: GM

Main Accountabilities
? Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
? Ensures credibility of Finance function by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts for company
? Directs and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the regional HQ and the Group companies
? Evaluates and advises on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action
? Be fully involved in the ERP implementation project over the region leading optimization of the back office functions in local entities
? Ensures and improve finance and accounting processes (within and outside ERP)
? Manages processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the regional and Global HQ.
? Organizes treasury and working capital management for group entities under supervision of Global Headquarters
? Provides financial and commercial support for sales activities of big projects.
? Establishes and maintains strong relationships with business executives to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
? Analyze and report business performance in association with business people, and provides executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
? Provides recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
? Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with internal codes and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
? Cooperating with the Global HQ, implement and enforce global group policies and requirements in the responsible field to all group sites in the region as regional head
