受某跨国公司委托，招聘Sr. Packaging Engineer，职位描述如下：

JOB PURPOSE

To support new/additional Package Eng functions: TSV interposer development, assembly BKM development and engage SCC assembly capability improvement to be the AMD's strategy partner.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES (TO INDICATE ALL TASKS PERFORMED)

1. Engage assembly qualification, yield improvement, hold lot disposition and quality solution.

2. Assembly process change qualification and management.

3. Assembly process BKM (Best Known Method) initiative and qualification.

4. Value engineering initiative and qualification in terms of cycle time and cost reduction.

5. Supervise OSAT the package FA (Failure Analysis) for new tech development project.

6. Support package design team the new product/tech development activities.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

1. 5+ years Flip Chip package assembly development or process engineering.

2. Familiar with JMP, Mini-Tab or other statistic analysis tool.

3. Fluent English & Good Communication Skills

4. Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering with preferred 5-8 relevant years experience or equivalent
