受某跨国公司委托招聘　ＡＴＥ测试专家

职责：

- Test program owner in Asia, develop and release ATE test program for mass production

- Develop Engineering program to support product engineering activities

- Post production product variants bring up

- Identify test time reduction opportunities and execute TTR

- Test issue debugging and solution providing

- Early involvement in silicon execution phase including test coverage evaluation, test flow integration and test hardware qualification

- Work closely with regional cross functional team

要求：

- >7 years working experience with minimum 4 years’ related working experience in IC product engineering

- Solid knowledge of ATE test methodology and ASIC architecture

- Experience in Automated Test Equipment, e.g. Credence Sapphire, Verigy PS400 or Advantest T2K will be added advantage

- Outstanding program solving and data analyzing skills

- Experience in software development and implementation (Java, C/C++) is a plus

- Outstanding written and oral English, along with communication skills
