职位描述
Key responsibilities:
Base:
build client relationship and maintain existing ones
establish executive relationships and manage key contact persons, key decision makers
identify potential new clients and business opportunities and persuade new customers to place business with TRIGO
work with clients to identify their needs and work out how the company can best meet those requirements in order that the client does not decide to place business anywhere else
generate proposals/quotations, plan customer meetings, make company presentations to customers, manager sales negotiations and deal closure at the customer
maintain satisfactory after-sale relationship and develop a long-term customer relationship
Strategic planning and implementation:
maintain a solid understanding of current market dynamics and trends, develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
manage and participate in planning, forecasting, budgeting; implement agreed sales and marketing plans
ensure timelines are met and financial results are maximized/optimized
ensure precise reporting
maintain quality and work within ethical guidelines set by TRIGO
Business/internal controls:
constantly monitor KPI’s (sales, market share, price, timelines etc.), assess effectiveness and develop and implement strategy/tactic adjustment
Qualifications and Experience:
economic and/or engineering diploma
3+ years of sales management experience in multi-national environment
fluent in English (both written and spoken), fluent in Japanese is plus
demonstrated executive level relationship building
strong process management skills
leadership and team building skills
computer skills especially Excel and Power Point
Personal skills, competencies:
excellent communicator, negotiator, executer, multi-tasker
hands on, go getter type of person with strong field orientation
strong self drive and motivation, eagerness to constant development
high level of problem solving skills
team player
proactive thinking and acting
excellent analytical skills
passionate, credible and assertive
