Customer Service Executive – Crown Relocations service – Based in Guangzhou office

Crown Worldwide Ltd. is the largest privately-held group of companies in the world providing a full range of international relocation services. We are also a leader in business logistic, records management and warehousing services. We are seeking applications for our Household Goods division for the position of Customer Services Coordinator based in Guangzhou.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide seamless customer service to our clients.

- Handle customer enquiries including inbound and outbound calls, and email communications professionally and resolve any service issue in a timely manner

- Assist on administrative & Coordination work as well as assigned projects.

- Prepare work related reports and data entry work.

Job Requirements:

- University degree

- At least two years customer service experience

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Initiative - Tackle problems and take independent action where appropriate, seek out new responsibilities, generate new ideas and practice self-development. Consistently seek ways to improve processes, productivity and profit.

- Pleasant personality & patient attitude, good telephone manner together with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a MUST

- Responsible, well-organized, self initiated, well-groomed, customer services oriented and able to prioritize.

- Strong sense of team spirit

- Good knowledge of Internet and PC applications.

- Immediate availability
