The appointee shall be responsible for leading the strategic development of branding, marketing and public relations for a leading Japanese restaurant chain in Guangzhou and other cities in South China.

Responsibilities

·Create Marketing strategies to meet business goals, and ensure efficiency against marketing investment

·Manage the Branding and Marketing strategic development, and implementation of all tactical campaigns

·Collaborate with Operations and other internal and external functions on development and implementation on marketing programs. And support to other functional projects

·Conduct market research, market analysis and competitive analysis to enhance business competitiveness

·Map out detailed executional plans and follow through to ensure smooth operation, target achievement as well as compliance with company policies, guidelines and budgets.

·Manage and develop a subordinate team

·Assist on new Market studies, collaborate or share information of Marketing and PR initiatives with Marketing teams in other regions

Requirements

·Degree in Marketing, Communication or any other related disciplines.

·Minimum 10 years' work experience in advertising and promotion / planning and development of marketing activities in F&B, retail industry or FMCG.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationship with both internal and external parties.

·A self starter with proven track records in Integrated Marketing Campaign.

·Good strategic development, project management, analytical and problem solving skills.

·Fluent in both English and Chinese.
