职位描述
1.Normal hiring
a.Obtain requirements on candidates from hiring managers and identify potential candidates by using different channels;
b.Select suitable candidates and arrange & interview potential candidates for further interview, includes coordinate logistic/admin matters;
c.Negotiate C&B packages with identified candidates;
d.Coordinate in the on-board logistic/admin matters;
e. Maintain the database of talent;
2.Recruitment policy & procedure
a.Participate in annual recruitment policy & procedure review and renew to ensure that all the policy and procedure in line with the Company policy and business requirement;
b.Coach the normal hiring process in site and make the annual audit to site recruitment activities to ensure the effective implementation and sustainment of recruitment policy & procedure in the Company scope.
3.Recruitment project
Participate in all the recruitment projects such as FG/YT recruitment, new plant set-up recruitment, etc. includes plan, implementation, review & analysis.
4.Channel management
a.Participate in the recruitment channel consolidate and management, includes headhunter, school cooperation and job boards to ensure that the recruitment channel usage effectively;
b.Participate in reviewin the annual headhunter assessment result and select the superior & eliminate the inferior to improve the efficiency of headhunters’ job.
5.Report and analysis
a.In charge of the periodic recruitment data analysis and make improvement accordingly;
b.Provide the monthly report to the management accurately and in time.
6.Other tasks assigned by management.
