Responsibilities:

1. Daily supervise and coordinate;

provide general administrative duty to whole team;

provide work related training and support to buyer to solve the issue;

supply knowledge on manufacturing, product and costing for whole team buyer;

responsible for training new buyer;

evaluate buyer's performance;

work with other dep ,like Coc , technician and retail team ;

finish all the work from buying manager assigned;

2. Development;

help buyer and supplier to understand the trends; follow up the offer status and new quality sourcing;

work with designer and team’s buyer to join development sample fit to set up comments;

closely follow up the whole team develop sample status, make sure sales sample catch deadline and good quality looking;

check the price breakdown and control cost to reach target;

3. Bulk Order and production management;

supervise whole teams bulk order status ;

closely follow up the production speed ,help buyer and factory to find the problem and risk;

catch the work target for the inspection pass and order delivery on time percentage;

source new supplier and evaluation old suppliers ;optimize supply chain(suppliers and sub suppliers)

4. Sales analysis:

go through the sales report every week;

focus on the best selling style on team’s category;

finish the daily relative sales list and order list;

responsible for all the retail and customer claim or feedback about product;

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade & textile industry is preferred;

2. At least 4 years related experience, as least 1 years management experience;

3. Strong experience in Knit or Jersey category;

4. Strong interpersonal communication & problem solving skills;

5. Good command of both oral and written English

6. Good planning, organizing and supervisory skills people management skills

7. Forwards thinking, self-drive and motivation;

8. Analytical and numerical talent in a business environment.
