General Job Description:
Set up of trade show structure, in-house
Accurately pull, pack and un-pack trade show structure & exhibitory according to the packing list, and the AV equipment, Extron working product and accessories for testing of trade show working demo stations and pack this equipment for shipping
Maintain accurate inventory of trade show structure & exhibitory and the paperwork for outgoing equipment for trade shows, events and in-house usage
Perform AV equipment checks
Operate various Audio Visual equipment
Assist with warehouse projects and other duties as required


Minimum Qualifications:
One to three years of related audio visual experience and trade show warehouse experience is required, background in rental and staging will be an added advantage.
Must be proficient with basic computer skills, AUTOCAD as a plus
Background and familiarity with projectors, control systems, and system design.
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in shipping/receiving will be helpful
Ability to handle a “Fast pace” environment
Good communication skill in English and mandarin
Good Health

在公司内部搭建安装参展用展架
根据装箱清单正确地提取，包装 / 拆包展会展架及相关展览用品。另外还包括对参展工作站需用到的视音频设备、Extron产品及附件进行测试并对用于运输的设备进行良好的包装
展会所用展架及相关展览用品库的维护，确保准确的库存信息。并对需要外运的展会、活动和内部使用的设备准备必要的文件
对视音频设备进行检查及测试
操作不同的视音频设备
协助仓储等事宜及其它要求的职责
职位要求：
1-3年相关视音频和展会仓储工作经验，若有舞台租赁市场的工作背景优先
熟练掌握基本的电脑技能，会AUTOCAD优先
熟悉投影机、控制系统和系统设计并有相关工作背景及经验
优异的客户服务技巧
最好有接收/发货经验
能胜任快节奏的工作方式
能很好地用英文和普通话进行沟通
