Requirements of this position are:
? Two to five years of experience
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
? Meet constant deadlines with a positive attitude
? Consistent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
? Keen desire to continuously learn and improve
? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products
? AutoCAD knowledge a plus

The position duties include (but are not limited to):
? Coordinate work flow of in-house exhibit structure set-up, staging, packing and shipping
? Preparation of packing list electrically and physically for events
? Preparing commercial invoices and shipping documents
? Record exhibitory and AV inventory using electronic inventory tracking system to ensure safe levels of stock are maintained
? Coordinate and or assist with show itineraries, literature and signage list
? Prior tradeshow experience is a plus
? Possible travel required
