Job Responsibility:

---Manage shipping/Receiving processing daily work.

---Manages and coordinates daily activities with ordering, picking, issuing and shipping materials, tools, equipment and parts,

make sure all the activities are meet established procedures and work instructions.

---Coordinating with other departments to meet internal customers and external customers’ requirements.

---Forwarder communication, shipment tracking.

---Ensure shipping document proper prepared on time.

--- Ability of dealing with urgent cases.

---Other shipping/Receiving related responsibilities.

Requirements:

--- Degree in business, logistics or related field.

---Knowledge and experience in using computer, ERP application is preferable.

---At least 5 years of experience in Foreign Enterprises and familiarity with the process of warehouse management.

---Good people management, communication skills, good team player and self-motivated.

---Be able to communicate in English.

---Having forklift truck license is preferable.
