职位描述
职位要求:
1.物理，微电子，半导体材料等相关专业硕士及以上
2.熟悉失效分析设备及原理（X-ay，SAM， Cross section,Curve trace，De-cap，EMMI等），并能独立操作及维护
3.了解可靠性相关测试标准及执行过程，熟悉失效理论模型以及寿命预测模型
4.具有半导体制造相关工作经验者优先
5.具有半导体失效分析作为主要工作内容至少1年以上工作经验。工作经历1-2年及以上。
职位职责
1.从事电子封装技术的创新研发，通过可靠性与失效分析，优化封装设计；
2.专注于失效机理与现象的关联，提升/拓展分析方法，推动项目进展；
3.执行产品可靠性评估设计与失效分析，并能及时回馈结果及改善方向；
4.参与制定封装研究方案、项目计划、定期报告研发进展，在时程之内高质量的完成项目任务；
5.参与封装制程改善，客户抱怨处理及其他主管安排事项；
6.团队合作意识强，积极互动。
