职位描述
Responsibilities :
？ Source and develop new factories to build extensive vendor base, with a focus on becoming important customers to large factories
？ Negotiate best prices, trade terms, and deliveries
？ Develop, maintain and strengthen factory relationships
？ Understand factories capabilities and capacity
？ Build team to handle high volume, competitive priced garments with production throughout China
？ Work with technical team to ensure that factory and products sourced meet our technical standards
？ Advise Head Office of any issues that it will need to be aware of with regards to changes in China market (legal, social, costs etc)
？ Vendor Compliance for retailers
？ Work closely with QC/QA Director to ensure the quality requirements
？ Budget control for local Shanghai office
Requirements:
？ Sourcing extensive factory base
？ Cost negotiations
？ Experience from managing a sourcing/quality team
Technical background from Cut and Sew Knits, sweaters and woven garment production, with strong knowledge from garment and fabric construction
？ Extensive textile knowledge inclusive of knitting, weaving, printing, dyeing, finishing
Fluent English
Flexible with intensive traveling
？
