? Responsibilities主要职责
? Record office expenditure and organize invoices
记录办公室日常开支报销,并负责整理发票
? Maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment
日常办公文具设备采购
? Maintaining the condition of the office and arrangement for repairs and tidiness
维护办公环境整洁有序,安排日常所需维修维护
? Assist on secretarial support to Senior Managers such as VISA issues, booking flights and hotels, arranging cars, renting apartment etc,。
为公司管理层提供相关的秘书服务,如签证办理、宾馆机票预订、车辆住宿安排等
? Assist on visitors management
协助安排访客接待
? Coordinate with the accounting firm on bookkeeping and mange petty cash
协调会计事务所,并且负责小额现金管理
? Coordinate with HR agency on payroll and social benefit management
协调人事代理机构的薪酬社保支付
? Requirements 要求
? College degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other applicable fields
大专以上,人力资源、商业管理等相关专业
? Minimum 2 years Admin experience
2年以上行政文秘工作经验
? Experience from bookkeeping or cashier is a plus
有会计或出纳经验优先
? Good communication and coordination skills
较强的沟通和协调能力
? Proactive, hardworking and detailed
积极主动,工作勤奋,注重细节
? CET4
大学英语4级
? Strong knowledge in MS Office, esp. excellent Word skills
熟练使用MS OFFICE办公软件,尤其是WORD
