职位描述

- For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a (SIAS) HR Consultant & 人力资源顾问 西门子(中国)有限公司下属运营公司 .


What are my responsibilities?

1. Strategy Implementation

- Implement HR strategy in accordance with the agreed targets defined to guarantee the contribution of personnel operation to the company's success

2. Consulting

- Be Business Partner of the SIAS line mangers and provide consultancy to employees in the assigned areas of responsibility

Focuses of consulting:

- Specialist consulting to generate alternative solutions for HR professional questions and problems that arise.

- Support the development of high performance organization and people excellence.

- Ensure high quality and timely support to SIAS in the process of e.g. target setting, annual PMP, competency management,

- Promote corporate culture.

3. Recruitment

- Attract and recruit the best fit talents as needed in a timely/cost effective manner and ensure using defined uniformed processes/ tools/corporate framework

4. Personnel Administration

- Functioning as a HR central point of contact with all resources for day to day HR related topics to employees and managers in SIAS, e.g. new comer integration, training etc.

5. Project Works

- Involvement of HR project initiated by SIAS HR Manager to ensure its implementation to achieve the project goal.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

Knowledge

1. HR Knowledge and Techniques

-Selection and recruiting

-Performance measurement and rewards/recognition system

-Know individual and team behavior

-Job Analysis / evaluation

-Employee relations

-Labor Law and relevant government policies

2. Business Knowledge

-Understand business model (grasps the fundamental concepts of the business offering and the environment within which it operates)

-Understand business drivers (understand how to optimize the EVA result and the impact on overall business performance)

-Understand organizational culture

-Understand workforce and the industry/competitors

-Understand business financial measures and express the benefits of HR initiative in financial terms

-Operational personnel work

3. Intercultural knowledge

Experience

1. Professional experience in the personnel field preferably in operational personnel business or a comparable activity. At least Two years as Associate Personnel Consultant or specialist.

2. 2-3 years in recruiting is mandatory required

Education and Language

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good in speaking and writing English
