- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer / 制造工程师.
What are my responsibilities?
- Analyze quality problems with engineering and Quality department to find out root cause of problem happen in production and testing function.
- Research and develop the tools,fixture, machines and equipment for testing function.
- Integrate the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure.
- Take the lead of trial run production, coordinated with other departments like R&D, Quality and Logistic.
- Cooperate with Industrial Engineer to improve production layout and material and information flow.
- Monitor and keep the main KPIs of shop floor and testing(SQDP) to continuous improvement.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related major.
- 3~5 years working experience of manufacturing engineer in electrical industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
