- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in Shanghai,we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer / 供应商质量工程师.
What are my responsibilities?
- Leading the process of new material and supplier's manufacturing process qualification in the phase of commodity definition and realization.
- Leading the process of new manufacturor technology qualification, including conducting VDA audit on supplier site, performing CAPA program, and techincal supporting both for internal and suppliers.
- Responsible for operative duties for supplier quality management as the key role of commodity team, to define the supplier development strategy, performing daily supplier control, leading CIP projects and doing supplier evaluation.
- Deep involvement of company level CIP programs, esp for leading supplier quality related projects.
- Conducting the evaluation and monitoring of supplier quality performance.
- Material technical trouble shooting both for company and customer.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above.
- At least 5 years experiences in the engineering areas of power engineering or cooling system and very familiar with the parts related manufacturing processes.
- At least 3 years experiences in the quality field. Familiar with QM system(ISO9001), FMEA, 8D, QC tools.
- Understand the content and process of APQP, PPAP, MSA.
- Be willing and able to have frequenct business trip and afford to perform the on site quality control individually on supplier site.
- Fluent oral english and written english.
What else do I need to know?
- Familiar with the technologies of heatsink, cooling system is highly preferred.
