-For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer(供应商质量工程师).
What are my responsibilities?
-Manage and develop supplier quality, training and pushing supplier continual improvement to fulfill company requirements and improve their performance.
-Collect supplier quality problem，feedback to supplier, Identify needs of corrective actions’ plans, start and follow up.
-Implement the existing and potential suppliers’ audits and performance evaluation.
-Lead the First Article Inspection (FAI) and relative inspections and monitor supplier developing schedule and ensure the sample has been conformity. Coach supplier to complete the total work for sample. Edit technical specification and programs.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Material Engineering; at least 5 years working experiences in related field, familiar with process of casting or mechanical area is a plus.
2． Understand technical specifications, product performance requirements, manufacturing processes and user expectation of parts and material.
3．At least 2 years experience in supplier quality management, familiar with ISO9001、ISO14001、OHSAS18001 system，rich experience on supplier process audit.
4. Demonstrate strong team working spirit and effective communication.
5. Good skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
6. Excellent written and oral communication skill in English.
7. Frequently travel requirement.
