- For our Energy Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Lean Engineer(精益工程师).
What are my responsibilities?
1． Process Adjustment： 40%
1.1 Stability of the processes
1.2 Reliability of the processes
1.3 Supervision of the processes (deviation, troubles)
1.4 Error proofing monitoring
1.5 leader of lean manufacturing projects
2． Scrap Reduction, Project Leader: 30%
2.1 Analysis the scrap (Process, Machinery, Components) with the team
2.2 Define the actions, monitor the results
2.3 Lessons-learned and reporting
3． Maintenance： 30%
3.1 Double check all repairs and confirm it according to Standards
3.2 Support the team for expertise on trouble shooting
3.3 fixed asset investment plan initiator
3.4 Communication with corporate for special topics
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Technical and Process Experience
- Mechanical and Electrical basics
- lean Methods: 5S/TPM, SMED
- Q-Tools: FMEA, SPC
- Analysis mind
What else do I need to know?
1. Education:
- Bachelor in mechanical/electric engineering, mechanic design / electric automation
- Language fluent in oral and written English, Band 6
2.Methods & process related skills, qualification
- lean manufacturing
- Statistical Analysis
- AutoCAD professional
3. Experience:
- Lean project leader for at least 2 years is a plus
- The candidate should be from heavy machinery industry, high voltage equipment industry is a plus.
