-For our Digital Factory Division in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a SISW I IA Order Processor-China Team (Contractor)

-Mode of Employment: 2 years’ contract with HR vendor
What are my responsibilities?
1. Responsible for order to cash process which include master data maintenance, order and contract review, SAP order processing, export compliance coordination, software/hardware delivery and billing.
2. Complete orders on time and quality metrics.
3. Prompt and effective interaction with internal and external business partner on queries to ensure customer satisfactory and achieve aggressive revenue commitment.
4. Other tasks from manager.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. High responsible on duties and passion for customer service
2. University degree or above
3. Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading and writing) is a must
4. At least one year experience with sales order processing
5. Working knowledge of SAP system is preferred
6.Working experience: 1-3 years
