-From our SRE Asia-Australia Asset Management Unit(AMU), Siemens is recruiting an experienced Sustainability & EHS Officer.

What are my responsibilities?
-Mission: Informs, advices and supports the Head of AMU/LMU in terms of Sustainability and Building Services and EHS ; Coordinates and reports all issues regarding Sustainability and Building Services and EHS in each AMU; Bundling and reporting of all AMU EHS Topics to Regional EHS Officer
-AMU/LMU area competencies
-Implementation of EHS strategy and Guidelines
-Collaboration with Sustainability & EHS regional team
Assigned to the SRE AMU management to support them in fulfilling their Sustainability & EHS tasks.
1 - Implementation and monitoring of committed sustainability and EHS targets in AMU
- Consolidation of AMU Sustainability saving in PumaWeb
- Organize Energy Efficiency projects (EEP), energy audit, EHS audit in AMU including construction site safety audit
- Prepare annual AMU Sustainability & EHS action plan
- Ensure full operational compliance with related laws / regulations and Siemens policies/ guidelines/ requirements;
- Execution of Siemens AG, SRE HQ and SRE regional Sustainability & EHS policies, programs and procedures
- Monitoring the effectiveness of above mentioned system execution within AMU and rectify the deficiencies if any;
2. - Prepare business cases regarding Sustainability measures considering the whole building life cycle
3. - Implementation of technical standards and definition of sustainability goals in existing buildings
- Ensure quality of mechanical and electrical equipment in existing building retrofit projects
4. - Raise the awareness for sustainability & EHS aspects within SRE AMU/LMU and roll-out of communication campaigns

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Good understanding of Siemens business, organization, and requirements of sectors and divisions towards corporate real estate (CRE).
-Expertise in the areas of Environmental Protection, Occupational Health or Safety and common understanding about sustainable building design and energy management
-Capability to collaborate result- and target-oriented with partners in Siemens and SRE matrix organization
-High analytical skills and well self-organized with ability to identify and achieve solutions also in time-critical situations
-Good communication skills in local teams, project management experience preferred in multinational organizations
-Academic degree in building services, Mechanical & Electrical Design, EHS or similar
-+7 years of professional experience.
-Fluent English language skills, additional (country) languages a plus.
