职位描述
- For our Energy Management Division in MINHANG, we are looking for a Senior IE Engineer高级工业工程师.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Production process improvement.
2. Support R&D to prepare production implementation of new products.
3. Production investment planning.
4. Align with M1 global production process.
5. Monitoring all projects of productivity improvement.
6. Comply with QMS, EHS, IS, 5S and business compliance requirement.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Knowledge of MV products.
2. Knowledge of processing and assembly.
3. Familiar with lean methodology.
4. Customer Orientation.
5. Aware of project management process/ production and quality methods.
What else do I need to know?
1. Education:
- Bachelor in mechanical/electric engineering, mechanic design / electric automation
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written skills.
2. Methods & process related skills, qualification
- lean manufacturing
- Statistical Analysis
- AutoCAD professional
3. Experience:
- Lean project leader for at least 2 years is a plus.
- The candidate should be from heavy machinery industry, medium voltage equipment industry is a plus.
