-The Software Test Manager in Project leads a small project team of SW integration and test engineers to ensure the functionality and quality of the product software. The SW test manager in project is responsible for all the SW test activities in the project. As an experienced SW integration and test engineer, the SW Test Manager in Project spends a significant portion of his time hands-on in SW integration and test activities.

What are my responsibilities?
-Responsible for the SW integration and SW test activities within one or more OEM projects, to ensure
-Product SW complies to the SW design
-Product SW fulfills all internal and external requirements (especially regarding functional safety)
-Product SW runs stable and reliable on the product HW
-100% test coverage is reached within the planned time
-Quality of test documentation according ISO26262, ASPICE and CMMI
-Create SW integration plan and SW Test schedule according to the SW development schedule in close alignment with SW project manager, SW project team members and other competence teams
-Coordinate the SW integration and SW test activities
-Define and assign the workpackages for SW integration and SW test
-Execute SW integration and SW test activities yourself
-Ensure the quality and on-time execution of SW integration and test activities
-Prepare and initiate SW integration and test milestone reviews
-Ensure all defects are handled according to the internal defect management process
-Review SW requirements regarding testability
-Create SW test reports and maintain test result database
-Ensure the SW stability on the product main branch throughout the SW development
-Support SW release preparation

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Master degree or above in Electronic engineering or similar
-at least 3 years experience in SW integration and test
-Proficiency in C programming language
-Solid knowledge of SW integration and test methodologies
-Solid knowledge of SW architecture, and AUTOSAR knowledge is a plus.
-Solid experience in debugging and testing embedded software
-Hardware-in-the-Loop testing
-Agile SW development methods
-Defect management
-Basic knowledge of configuration management
-Basic knowledge of motor control, and experience in motor control application is a plus.

-Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, particularly with regard to electric drive train technology

-Good English communication skills required
