职位描述
-RD project management, including project planing and implementation.
What are my responsibilities?
-Support TPM to plan the project, define the WBS, estimate the time line, plan resources.
-Support TPM to creates and introduces the necessary technical product documents in the relevant data system and maintains changes .
-Support for the DFMEA and the Milestone Reviews
-Creates and maintains the bill of material.
-Support TPM to monitor and control the project execution and the progress continuously.
-Assist continuous improvements of functions and costs (R&D Budget, BoM Costs) for the project. Support to control the released project budget and project resources within the approved Project Plan and Project Agreement.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor degree or above in Electronic engineering or Automobile engineering, specialty in motor and control engineering strongly plus; at least 4 years working experiences in automotive area, from international company preferred "
-At least 2 years working experiences in automotive component R&D management, from international company preferred
-Exellent Network skill, team working/communication skills
-Fluent english is mandatory, with German is a plus
