-For our E-Car BU, we are looking for a candidate to Lead the total global process transfer by smooth communication with HQ.
-Ensure the good implementation of global process through effective process planning, training and monitoring.
-Process knowledge training to related employees to support complete follow up of company process.
-Plan and carry out continuous improvement in the local organization to achieve both internal and customer requirement.
-The PRM engineer reports directly to Head of Quality management in local organization and functionally report to Head of PRM in HQ.
-Dimensions of Function
( a ) Global process transfer information and implementation quality.
( b ) Local process and implementation figures.
( c ) Number of Internal audit and action follow.
( d ) Internal feedback
( e ) Quality system certification status.
-Contacts (internal / external)
-Internal: All the employees in EC local organization and interns.
-HQ process management organization, QM organization and change management function.
-External: Consulting company for process and quality system information and knowledge.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Closely communicate with EC HQ and involve in the global process planning and establishment.
2. Global process follow up and make sure good implementation in EC China.
3. Lead and organize the local process set up and implementation to achieve the specific requirement in EC China.
4. Coordinate the EC China training program, communicate with other functions to prepare the training plan and monitor the training effectiveness.
5. Organize the training for all EC China employees related to process and quality topics.
6. Plan and organize the internal process audit, assessment to check the implementation effectiveness and action follow up accordingly.
7. Align with HQ for the quality system certification ( TS16949 ) and take related tasks.
8. Support other functions if necessary, such as EHS, Project Management, Change management.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Experiences
1, More than 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality system management function.(preferably in automotive environment)
2, Experience in application of process management and system certification ( TS16949, ISO14001…)
3, Experience in first line management
4, Experience in working in international teams/projects

Education
-Degree Bachelor or above, major in Engineering.
Languages
-Good at English, German would be a plus
