-Siemens EM Division is expanding Service Business and is looking for Service Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for Service Project Implementation.Organization: EM SG AS (Asset Services Segment, Smart Grid Solution & Services BU, Energy Management
What are my responsibilities?
1.Responsible for Service Project execution, mainly for T&D grids, e.g. HV & MV Switchgear services (spare parts, maintenance, retrofit, upgrading & extension)
2.Organize manpower/resource and supervise all field service activities with other concerned parties, to ensure project fulfillment on time, in budget and with quality
3.Control and report progress of work, identify deviations and initiate corrective measures, with necessary documentation
4.Liaise with customer and coordinate activities to meet customer requirements
5.Support service Business Development activities (e.g. customer visit, internal trainings); and Proposal Preparation
6.Ensure adherence to EHS regulations and procedures
7.Coverage: Mainland China
-Contacts:
1. Internal Contacts: EM BUs, OCs, SG AS Headquarters, etc
2. External Contacts: Utility, Power Plants, Industry & Infrastructure Customers, Partners,Installation Companies
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.>3 years PM / Engineering experience in T&D service portfolio (e.g. spare parts, maintenance, retrofit, upgrading & extension). Deep knowledge in relevant T&D products (e.g. Transformers, HV/MV Switchgear). Project Management experience preferred
2.University education or above, major in Electrical Engineering is preferred
3.Good skills in Planning & Time Management. Experience with Claims Management and Risk Management, cost controlling, presentations
4.Highly self-motivated; Good understanding and learning ability; Good communication skill; Team working
5.Good English & Computer skill (MS office)
