-For DF&PD Sales, we are hiring an experienced Sales Excellence professional.

What are my responsibilities?
-Support the management as well as the sales in Region East by means of develop strategy and drive the implementation. Ensure the best performance as well as the business growth of the region.
-Implement prospective & strategic top-down programs and support in developing the regional strategy and measure to foster the business growth.
-Optimize and professionalize business process and organization structure in the region, thus to realize more efficient and transparent business process and improve the business competence and market transparency.
-Work in a scientific and systematic way by application of the business tools such as SPV & MOD.
-Professionalize the regional people by know-how transmission and market information share and motivate people to enhance the efficiency and productivity by learning & success sharing.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Over 5 years experience in business strategy, working background in marketing (product or sales is preferred).
-University or college education degree, major in electrical or electronic engineering and automation or related subjects
-Good understanding and learning ability.
-Good Interpersonal communication skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
-Excellent English skills, both writing and oral.

-Highly self-motivated and directed.
-Keen attention to detail.
-Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
