职位描述
-Engineer of Project Management Office:
-The Project Office supports the business unit in managing customer , maintenance and platform development
projects. It supports the OEM PM, TPM and the work package leads with project planning, monitoring &
reporting. It supports risk management and action item tracking. It is the moderator for PACT & Lessons
Learned workshops. It drives and executes the KPI’s data collection and reporting.
What are my responsibilities?
-Support projects in all project management activities e.g. effort estimations, planning, monitoring and project documentation.
-Maintain risk and action item lists & submit risk status to Enterprise Risk Management.
-Collect, consolidate, analyze & report KPI’s to the OEM PM, TPM and the management.
-Moderates PACT and Lessons Learned workshops.
-Records the (Project) Steering Committee and supports milestone meetings
-Request & report project data from all project members & functions. Set reporting deadlines
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree in engineering majors.
- 2 or 3 years experience as a Project coordinator or assistant
- Good communication in both English and Chinese
