职位描述
The HR BP helps build a strong and value adding partnership between HR and manufacturing sites in Shanghai with general human resources supporting. He/She will work with leadership to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions to address work priorities i.e. Organization Development, Staffing planning, Training & Personnel Development and Employee Communication. To be successful in the role, the occupant should coordinate and communicate various initiatives not only with business leader but also with Regional HR.
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
? Ensure effective and efficient delivery of HR services including total compensation, performance management, workforce planning, Leadership & Talent Management, employee engagement, valuing differences, and employee development. Leverage appropriate corporate resources, including HR Shared Services, and act as liaison between the manufacturing sites and those resources.
? Work with the China HR team and site Leadership to support the operations strategic objectives, including Organization Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Diversity Hiring and Retention Strategies and Employee Engagement.
? Establish proactive strategies to facilitate positive employee relations and engagement with relative functions global wide. Serving as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and providing guidance and intervention, as needed
? Driving Consulting workforce capability management and coordinate local Consulting workforce training program to meet the initial training targets set for the country.
? Support the overall integration changes for the newly acquired transfer projects and organizations.
? Conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for site employees. Partner with China University team to plan, design, delivers and implements operation related training curricular. Works with vendors to develop and deliver training programs. Leverages learning technology to improve program delivery, and conducts program follow-up with training participants.
? Creates instructional content utilizing company designated learning environments and standards; develops instructional materials including participant guides, instructor guides, presentations, tests, and job aids; uses cost-benefit analysis to decide whether to modify, purchase or develop instructional materials.
? Conducts training needs analysis and partners with stakeholders to design solutions.
? Develops relationships with corporate-approved third party providers, universities and other educational programs; conducts program evaluations and recommends actions.
? Play as an HR trainer to facilitate general training programs for all manufacturing sites China wide, i.e. Orientation, Ethics Training, Performance Excellence, Interview skill, time management, problem solving etc.
? Manage the Training and Development staff and budget. Develop policies and programs to further T&D goals and benchmark best in class T&D practices and identify opportunities to create new ideas to further T&D within manufacturing.
? Direct the career coaching services and the development of programs and services that enhance the individual development of employees.
Requirements:
? University degree in HR or Scientific English
? 8+ years experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, 5+ year in multinational manufacturing environment, at least 3+ years experience as a managerial position.
? 3+ years working experience in Training & Development is preferred
? Deep and Practical HR acumen, Grasp of global, regional and locations HR issues that will arise, Functional knowledge in HR Shared Services Delivery Model. Solid understanding of the following areas: Compensation, Recruiting/selection, Training & Personnel development or Organization effectiveness (ability to recognize/understand, properly communicate and follow up with subject matter experts as needed) and lead change.
? Proven ability to anticipate innovative HR solutions under a matrix organization. Strong learning desire with passion to learn more than adaptable, nimble, conceptual strength and broad perspective.
? Proven effective execution capability. Keen sense of priorities, Relentless determination/courage to get things done, Optimistic, Motivate for high performance and excellence, Determined and skilled communicator
? Proven team leadership ability, Heart of Leadership (Integrity, Conviction & Courage); ability to lead and influence a multi-cultural team to achieve common goals.
? Ability to effectively represent the Operation HR Team to our customers and highly adept at making effective presentations to our customers.
? Fluent in English and other languages if possible another language
