Job Description
Title of position: Deputy Manager of Origin Cargo Order &
Location: Ningbo
Reports to: Ningbo Branch Manager/Shanghai Harbor Leader

Summery:
Manage about 20 team members on company customer's daily operation, support the manager to standardize the working process, communicate with the agent to ensure the smooth/efficient biz operation and improve the service standard.

Main Responsibilities:
Team supervision:
Monitor team member's performance and operation process; balance the workload, in order to strive for operation excellence
OCMD operation:
Handle key client daily operation, communicate with head office and Hong Kong side, chase cargo status, solve operational problem, in order to meet client's needs
Principle set up:
Assist office manager to set up standard operation manual, set up buddy system in order to make operation smooth
Subcontractor management:
Assist office manager to manage subcontractor's performance, check monthly bill list, hold operation meetings with subcontractor in order to provide clients best service
Coaching:

Coach the team members on daily job, make them fully understand the operation procedure in order to meet zero defect operation failure


Job Requirements
Job Requirements:

More than 8 years operation working experience in forwarding/logistics industry, at least 5 years working experience as team leader
Familiar with buyer's consol and international logistics related business
CET-6 &above, fluent in both written & spoken English
Communication, coordination, and inter-personnel skill, as well as management skill
