Major Responsibilities :

- To lead, coordinate and ensure the successful completion of the periodic AOP/LE process with stakeholders.

- To ensure timely production of i) HSBC Group AOP/LE reporting package and related reports for submission to ASP FIN/GMO, ii) Bank Group’s AOP/LE reporting and data submission.

- To perform periodic and ad hoc review of the Bank’s actual performance against AOP or LE in various dimension: customer groups, divisions and products.

- To assist in performing strategic review and analysis for business performance.

Incumbent Requirements :

- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in finance, accounting related to the commercial banking industry.

- ACCA/CFA holder is a plus.

- Strong self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.

- Strong financial modeling skills and automation skills based on MS Excel.
